Q: When should I expect my items to arrive after my order is placed? How do you ship your items? What is your Shipping & Handling Charge?

A: Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days. If you choose USPS First Class Mail ($5.95), delivery time for your order will be approximately 3-7 business days after your order is processed. If you choose USPS Priority Mail ($7.95), normal delivery time will take approximately 2-3 business days. All orders shipped via USPS Express Mail ($19.95) will arrive in 1-2 buisness days. International orders shipped via Global Priority Mail ($9.95) will take approximately 5-10 days. Global Express Mail ($21.95) orders will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive. Again, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed although approximately 80% of orders are shipped SAME DAY!

Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. A: If you choose to have your item gift wrapped, your order will arrive in an attractive pink 3 ½” x 3 ½” jewelry box topped with an elegant white satin bow. Your piece(s) will be placed inside a small black velvet pouch within the box. Additionally, the jewelry box will be nested inside an attractive 5”x5” white shipping box surrounded by elegant pearl white striped tissue paper. Perfect for gift-giving!
